Brief Answer:
A muscular pain likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain that you have that aggravates with change in posture is likely to be a muscular pain. It can be due to a muscle spasm or related to wrong posture. Taking mild pain killers along with oral muscle relaxants will help in bringing relief. Do take rest and avoid all painful activities. Doing a hot compress and application of local analgesic gel will also help.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Cardiac cause less likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain associated with cardiac causes is usually associated with shortness of breath, sweating, pain at rest, etc. In case the discomfort is increasing or is persistent then you need a cardiac evaluation.
