Question: hello sir from two days onwards I am getting pain and jarlu in my left hand in ECG is normal what is problem

Yes i have seen both the ECG reports and both are normal just a slight left axis deviation which can also happen if bp remain high sometimes.

Otherwise everything is normal nothing to worry for. You can take some medicine for pain like Flexon MR one tablet after food for 3 days. Also if possible get an echo done.
