What Causes Pain In The Groin Area And Left Hip?

Question: Pain in the groan and front hip area of left leg. Discomfort when walking and putting any pressure on left leg
Hurts in this area when I cough.. Currently taking Gabapentin 2x300 mg.
What else can be done at home and when do I seek a doctors help
