Brief Answer:
Hi, consider problems other than Pernicious anemia and following studies.

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam,
I did review your concern.

Constant pain in arms and legs as well as in abdomen with numbness in hands, headache, sore muscles and feeling fatigue can be present in vitamin deficiency.
But since you have been regularly taking B12 injections it nearly rules out a vitamin deficiency.

Such constellation of findings can be seen in conditions like Hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia and autoimmune/inflammatory conditions like polymyositis, rheumatoid arthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica. They can be also seen in other nutritional deficiency like thiamine, pyridoxine deficiency.

At this point, apart from a complete physical examination, I would recommend following tests if they have not been done by your doctor
1)Complete blood count with peripheral smear, ESR, CRP and Vitamin B12 levels.
2) TSH, fT3 and fT4
3)Fibromyalgia clinical score for tender points on body.
4)Autoimmune markers in serum like ANA and Serum CPK.
5)Serum electrolytes

Once the results of these tests along with Xray that you have ordered comes back then we can discuss the further diagnostic and management options.
Such cases are sometimes difficult to diagnose but we will try our best to help you out.

Meanwhile I would recommend you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet regime and also if possible get enrolled in a mind-body intervention technique like yoga or tai-chi and it also reduces stress. Also proper sleep of 8 hours is extremely helpful daily.

Medications like Pregabilin and multivitamins do help somewhat in these cases and also for weakness but should be taken after doctor guidance and diagnostic studies are done.

I hope this helps
Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns mam.
i will be more than happy to help you
Also provide me feedback of your health and condition.
wish you all the best
