Brief Answer:
probably due to gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic . Thanks for asking the query.

Let me explain you one by one.

Regarding your cold which you get due to weather change most likely indicate increased sensitivity I.e allergy. For that you need to avoid getting exposed to sudden change in temperature. Gradually you may switch too. Don't worry it is not due to reduced immunity.

Your pain abdomen and fullness suggest you have developed gastritis with reflux. For this I suggest following treatment

-Start acid reducing agent like pantoprazole with levosulpiride combination instead of Happi D. This is prescription drug. This will help in reducing acid formation and removes the feeling of fullness easily. You may discuss with your doctor.

-Take curds daily 1 cup
-Avoid tea, coffee and spicy items and carbonated drinks and alcohol(if you take)
-Walk for 15 mins after food
-Eat frequent small meals. 4 to 5 times a day.

If with the above treatment your pain reduces then continue same for 2 more week and then stop drugs and continue diet modifications.

If with the above treatment there is no change in pain intensity and other symptoms then get an endoscopy done to rule out any endocrine tumor of stomach which is less likely. Here a tube is passed in food pipe to see it.

Don't take stress because that also increase acid production and worsen condition. Your stool quantity will increase once you start taking meals properly.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
