What Causes Pain In Shoulders?

Question: I am having pain in my right solders. As of now it’s not bothering me from doing my regular work but when I try move it around, it does pain. It’s been there since couple of months now. Should I consult a orthopaedic.

As your problem persists, get yourself examined by an Orthopedician. Meanwhile give proper rest to your shoulder. Do not lift heavy weights from that side. Doing hot fomentation and applying a local analgesic gel on the area will be helpful to relieve the spasm and pain.
