Can be due to Stones

Detailed Answer:

See pain in shaft of penis which also goes to tip can be due to stone in ureter or can be due to urinary tract infection or prostatitis
I would advice to get following:
1. Ultrasound Abdomen
2. Urine Routine and Microscopy.

Also mention following:
1. Any localized skin lesions there?
2. Any pain abdomen?
3. Since when are you having this problem?
