Brief Answer:
Testicular pain

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.

You are concerned about having right testicular pain that is radiating into the back. This type of pain is seen with any condition that is affecting the testicle. the most common cause of testicular pain is epididymitis or a small infection in the epididymis. This is the tubes behind the testicle that gets infected for unknown reason. It can require antibiotics for a few weeks to resolve. The next possibility is a torsion or a twisting of the testicle. This usually very severe and requires emergency surgery to correct. The torsion causes the blood supply to the testicle to be cut off and strangulate the testicle. If your pain becomes severe I recommend you seek medical attention immediately

In summary
1. testicular pain
2. epididymitis needing antibiotics
3. torsion of the testicle needs emergency surgery
