Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.
First of all I like to inform you that unilateral testicular pain can occur due to multiple conditions ranging from insignificant one to serious ones.

If you have the dull aching intermittent pain the first and foremost cause for your age is varicocele a condition caused by enlargement of veins over the scrotum. The condition is very common for those who have standing kind of works. It can be detected by scrotal ultrasound.

The second cause at your age is epididymitis. It is condition which causes inflammation of testis and adjacent structures and causes pain. typically the pain gets relieved on supporting the scrotum from below.

In both the conditions the sex life remains normal.

I think it will be appropriate to visit a doctor as even testicular malignancy can strike at this age and can present with pain.

I must assure you that conditions are treatable to large extent.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
