Brief Answer:
It is not a sign of a disease!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you s much for this query.

The pain you experience is not a sign of a prostate cancer or hypertrophy. Also, it happens once in a while which means it is not explained by a condition that is permanent. This is a transient observation and has no pathological significance or suggests a pathology.

I recommend you totally disregard this. Prostate disease manifests with urination symptoms like pain, poor and weak stream, frequent urination in small quantities, etc. and not transient pains during ejaculation.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
