Brief Answer:
Seems like tendonitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

It seems like achilles tendon injury - can be inflammation, tear. It is a sports injury that is caused by overuse of the tendon - i.e excessive running etc.

If mild, it usually goes away by resting the foot. So you need to stop jogging. Whenever you start jogging again, take it easy, do adequate stretching and use better sport shoes. Meanwhile you can use painkillers like ibuprofen if pain is bad.

See an orthopedic surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope it helps.
