Brief Answer:
Migraine...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

After going through the elaborate description, I am of the opinion that you could be having Migraine.

Except for the pain in the gums, rest all the features are typical of migraine. Migraine is one of the commonest causes of headache. The exact cause of this problem is not known. It is thought to be due alteration in the dopamine levels in the brain. Young females encounter this more frequently compared to that males.

Do not worry! Wiith proper dietary and lifestyle modifications you will feel better.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Take some antiinflammatory medicines such as diclofenac or ibuprofen available over the counter, when you have a headache.
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Avoid those things which triggers your headache.
4. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, this will nourish your nerves and the brain.
5. Do relaxation exercises.
6. Get your eyes checked from an eye specialist.
7. Avoid chocolates/ice cream/fizzy drinks.

Hope I have answered your query. I'll be available for the follow up queries.

Brief Answer:
Get your eyes and the ears checked...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome back

As you are already having ear problems, it would be better to get a complete evaluation of both the ears and the eyes done.

Even a little amount of problem from any of the structures in the head can cause or worsen migraine.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. I wish you good health and good luck.
