2- are you also having any burning sensation during urination?

In that case, your pain could be due to a left ureteric stone, and for confirmation you need to get an ultrasound of your abdomen to look for it.

Further management will depend upon the exact location, size and number of the stones, if present.

Till that time you may take any painkiller if the pain gets severe.
