Brief Answer:
Consult your doctor for ear examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.

I had gone through your question.

I can understand your concern.

You need to consult your doctor for ear examination under Otoscope.

Oral cavity and throat examination to rule out causes for refered pain to ear.

Analgesic like tablet ibuprofen could be taken for pain relief.

Tablet vertin could be taken if you have vertigo.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
