Brief Answer:
please take the amoxicillin

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Headache with ear and throat pain suggests that the infection has spread into the sinuses and throat and i would recommend that you continue your amoxicillin for few more days.

You can also start gargling with hexidine mouth wash two to three times a day and steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, this will help in early recovery.

Please avoid cold and spicy food.

If your pain worsens or does not reduce in 24 hours , i would like you to meet your ent doctor , who will examine you and guide you accordingly.

Take care!
