Brief Answer:
Left sciatic neuritis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX

Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be having left sciatic neuritis because you are diabetic and you have pain in left lower limb from hip to toe. As your pain is not there on standing and walking , it is unlikely to be a sprain and disc prolapse. As it is since past 4 days only no need to worry much. You are advised to keep your blood sugar under control. Mecobalamine is helpful in recovery from neuritis.Vitamin B and C are helpful. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
