Brief Answer:
Pain during intercourse is dyspareunia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Pain during intercourse is called as dyspareunia. I need to know if the pain happens deep inside the vagina or it is at the entrance of vagina?

If it deep inside then it may be sign of inflammation or infection of cervix or uterus. A papsmear can be done to find the cause.

If it is at the entrance, then it maybe due to tight opening or psychological.

A gynecological consult is needed to find the cause.

Hope it helps.
