What Causes Pain Between Hip And Spine After An Injury?

Question: I was wave surfing behind a ski boat and my leg was pulled back and i felt a pop and crunching in my hip area what do you think i injured?
I can't walk far with out it beginning to hurt. It is pain full between my hip and spine on my buttocks

Detailed Answer:
Well,at this point it is important that there is no bone fracture in femur and pelvis and if you can stand on this leg and move it in all directions then i doubt this can be fractured. It doesnt matter if.this hurts now,it is important that you can walk even for several meters. If you cant walk,then you need to visit er and do urgent xray exam. Otherwise,there was probably just femoral or adductor muscle pulling and it will be better in several days. You just need to rest,apply cold compresses on hurting areas,take nonsteroid paonkillers. If pain progresses or persist more than 5 days,you should do ultrasound or mri scan.wish you good health.feel free to ask.regards
