Brief Answer:
suggestive of some abdominal pathology; abdominal ultrasound.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Sorry for the late response.

One possibility could have been scar endometriosis as the pain was not relieved by pain killers. Her history is also not suggestive of this.

Other possibility can be some abdominal pathology like a stone.
Her gynecologist is right when he says that stitches dissolve in such duration.

I would suggest you to go for her whole abdomen ultrasound. This should determine the cause of pain.

The treatment will be decided then.

I would suggest that she should avoid any strenuous exercises as her pain increases while bending or sitting.

Antispasmodic drugs like dicyclomine (prescription drug) should help to relieve the pain.

Kindly discuss this with your doctor.
If possible, kindly revert back with the ultrasound reports so that we can discuss the line of management further.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
