Brief Answer:
Undergo proctoscopy to confirm for anal fissure and hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist. Pain, Burning sensation, and some blood per anum suggest anal fissure and protrusion of some tissue may be hemorrhoid. So I will advise you to visit a Surgeon for confirmation, who may do proctoscopy. Treatment for this is make your stool soft by taking bulking agent like psyllium fibres or some laxatives like syrup cremaffin plus. Apply local ointment containing lignocaine or notroglycerine like smuth ointment and do sitz bath. This I found very useful in my patients with anal fissure. If there is hemorrhoids also then also take capsule dobesil. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
