Brief Answer: As below: Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for your query. 1. Pain across the forehead with a sore throat and pain in the ears is most likely to be due to frontal sinusitis. 2. Do you have a recent history of air travel or travel from a high altitude? If so, Barotrauma must be ruled out. Do you have fever? 3. Standard treatment includes antibiotics (if you have fever), anti-allergic decongestants, anti-inflammatory medication, steam inhalation. Local nasal decongestant drops may help in the short term. This will require a prescription form a doctor. 4. Your doctor may also ask for a Sinus X-ray or CT. A Neurophysician's reference is important to rule out other causes. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them. Regards.
