If heart and lungs are fine then it may be some local leg problem such as lymphedema or venous insufficiency. You need to do Doppler ultrasound of vein, and CT angiography of legs arteries. It will show possible blockage of vessels. Till that try to walk more,avoid long standing, apply elastic compresses and keep your legs warm. WIsh you good health. Regards
