I would surely like to guide you well concerning this, however, I need to know some further details-
1)Since when are you having these symptoms?
2)Are the symptoms worsening or static?
3)Do the symptoms increase on walking or bending forwards?

These appear be lumbo-sacral disc and root compression related symptoms, however, further details will help to answer this well.

When I start to walk
It hurts but then seams to get better. Hurts the most when standing still or sitting. Numbness in toes instantly gets worst when leaning forward. Pain has been with me for 2-weeks now.

MRI L-S Spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Based on your clinical details, this is likely lumbosacral spinal degeneration. I would suggest you to get a MRI of Lumbo-sacral spine.Meanwhile, the following medications may be started-
Tab pregabalin-M(75) once a day
Tab duloxetine 30 mg once a day
Tab Shelcal once a day

I hope to see you improving with medicines.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
