Question: I have had two back surgeries and now am experiencing numbness in my shin and foot, sever pain in my back radiating down to my knee and the foot. My left foot does not work and i am having trouble walking and falling. Is there anything you can do to help with the pain. I have an MRI but it will not be until after the first of the year as I am taking care of my grand children by myself. anything you could do to help me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Bren

Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxant, Pregabalin, Exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

You can take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg twice a day for a month. Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Perform back extension exercises.

Upset your MRI when ready for a better understanding of your problem.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
