What Causes Numbness In Right Arm And Blurry Vision In Left Eye?

Question: I have had fibromyalgia for 5 years now. I am noticing that for the last month my hands are more clumsy. Not holding things. I just drop what ever I pick up. My right arm is going funny. It goes numish and tingley. It doesn't last long but is more frequent this week. I thought at the start it may have been bra strap. But after changing and going without I find that It can happen any time. I get a slight blur in my left eye now to. It leaves a feeling behind in my eye. I get a stabbing pain in my back, which I have had from the start of fibro. It feels like where I had epiduale when I had first born 25 years ago. My hips feel like someone is in there pinching me like crazy. When that happens I need my walking stick as my legs want to give out. I don't take any doc meds now as my pain has depleated from the rest of my body and I am not depressed like I was at the start. I guess I manage it well enough not to need any. I do eat really healthy and do exercise daily if possible. I had picked up a virus last November and I don't feel that I have bounced back fully yet. As I to this day still feel sick to my tummy everyday and yes my bowel has a mind of it's own. I am going dizzy when I bend down or get up from sitting. I don't over do things as I have learnt that that sets me back for days. I just thought I should go back to doc and have more blood tests BUT then I thought I should google first and see what that can tell me and here we are. I am interested in what you have to say and I do understand that you don't know me and ALL my history but I do appreciate your response. Thankyou XXXX

Brief Answer:
Can be vitamin B 12 deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have can be related to gradual progression of fibromyalgia or due to a decrease in vitamin B 12 levels. An electrolyte imbalance or thyroid hormone imbalance can also cause such symptoms. It is best to consult a neurologist and get a few blood tests done. Till then you can start taking electrolyte rich fluid sand methylcobalamin supplements. These will help you.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
