Brief Answer:
MR report

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
In my opinion you should discuss with your neurologist about treatment
Teorically if there are clinical symptoms (paraparesis or urinary symptoms) and imageric confirmation (stenosis) surgery is absolutely necessary
In my opinion some weeks after surgery those numbness will go away
I will be more helpful if you provide me your MR report
Hope I have clarified your doubt
Best regards
