Brief Answer:
there can be muscle pull due to wrong posture

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is probably muscle spasm due to wrong neck support.
You may need clinical examination and further investigation like x ray.
There should not be much problem in future due to this incidence.
muscle relaxant may help you,you can start it consulting your doctor.
Physiotherapy plays important role in treatment. Physiotherapy like IFT And ultrasound will help you.
You may need to do regular neck exercises consulting your physiotherapists.
