Question: Hello Dr.
I have a sense of numbness and tingling in my feet and legs when you sit for a long time on the chair, as well as well as tingling in the fingers when Astahedam XXXXXXX
What is this situation and treated .
Secondly is there any relationship between numbness with party coldness?
Because I have a coldness on my parties.
I don't have sugar and thyroid test are ok.

The symptoms which you mentioned could be just neutopraxia or due to neuropathy.
Have you had Vitamin B12 and Folate levels done? .Do you have anemia?

The level of iron was good but Vit 12 was290 and I talked suplemens and rise to 700 and then I stopped but the level back to around 400 I don't know why.
Regarding anime I don't know how to be sure about it .
Can you please address the test you wNt to check it and attached them after I renew tests.

Are these tests that you need now please mention all the analysis in which the exclusion of any diseases or serious things.
You are a smoker and have stopped 10 years ago and As for the alcohol did not drink it.
At which level should be vitamin b12 and what about folic acid is there any test for it.
Do you think that these symptoms from vitamin b12?

your current vit B12 is good.Please don't worry about it. A proper examination followed by tests are required.


There is a rest available for folic acid also. There is no point doing lots of tests. I would suggest a good clinical examination followed by tests.Your spine also need to be examined to rule out causes of tingling and numbness
