Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised and provide reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having neuropathy according to your symptoms.

You need to get examined in detail by a neurologist.
Investigations can be planned accordingly. Nerve conduction study for neuropathy should be done.
Blood investigation like blood sugar, vitamin B 12 levels, renal function test, liver function test should be done.

Any history of diabetes, alcohol intake, drug intake?
Any family history of such illness?
Any neck pain, walking difficulties, Urinary complains or weakness in limbs?

Provide more details and reports if available.
For symptomatic relief Pregabalin or Amitryptiline or Gabapentin can be used with Methylcobalamin.
