Brief Answer:
Clinical examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic.
From your description I understand the numbness started recently .
It could be related to post c section after spinal anesthesia.
But other causes could be your weight , cholesterol etc, but unlikely to be ms.
Do not worry ,get yourself thoroughly examined by your gp and a neurologist .
If needed he might suggest you MRI spine but it depends on the examination findings.
Wishing you great health
Regards
Dr Arun
