(this past weekend i had attended a music festival, i felt as if i drank alot of water and was hydrated but i definitely did not eat as much as i should had)

duration of symptoms- this has lasted for approximately 2 days now, and started about 12-24 hours after my last cocaine use.

my big toes are still functional, i can move it around still, however if i touch it or it touches something it feels as if it is numb/"hasnt woken up"

this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me, and the numbness feeling has been continuous for the past 2 days

none of my family members have had similar symptoms.

if it helps this is the first time i had done cocaine in a larger amount id say .3-.4g throughout the past weekend. and also the first time i had done cocaine in months.
i just hope this doesnt develop into a bigger problem, and that i return to having a normal feeling in my big toes again.
i had also began taking prevacid for about 3 prior to the use of cocaine/when the music festival began. I had read that people noticed some b12 deficiency when taking prevacid, i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
in addition i had been having diarrhea for the past 2 days as well

Brief Answer:
it looks like cocaine effect. Take vitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX , welcome again and thanks for the details.

After going through the detail you have provided, it becomes clear that it is an acute problem. Most probably it is due to cocaine use. However vitamin and mineral deficiency can not be completely ruled out as you have diarrhoea too.

I would suggest you to wait for few more days as effect of cocaine will gradually disappear. However meantime you need to take care of your diarrhoea. Meet your primary physician to take treatment for diarrhoea. You can request him for vitamin supplements, which will hasten the recovery process even if not directly related to the problem you have.

Take care in future. Take good nutrition which is rich in vitamins and minerals like vegetables, milk products.

I hope this reply will benefit you. Please feel free to contact us for follow up queries. I wish you good health and rapid recovery.
