What Causes Normal Ejaculation During Masturbation But Not During Sex?

Question: Hi Doctor, Hope u remember me. I had sent you a query regarding masturbation on January. I was very happy with your answer and went ahead with my marriage. It was on April 20th. Now my biggest worry is that during intercourse sebum is not coming our from my penis. But when i masterbate by rubbing the penis in bed after hugging my wife, It comes out.Sir i am really worried with my sexual life. I am afraid wheather i can become a father. My wife is very caring. She is also worried because of this.sometimes i am not able to face her.during intercourse i tried the up and down movement but it is not coming. I always did masturbation by rubbing the penis in bed by lying down.

Sir please help me with your advise. I am really frustrated.

Thanks for your query.

You are having normal ejaculation during masturbation but not during sex. It indicate that your body is conditioned (habitual) to ejaculate during masturbation. We need to break this.

For that following steps will help you:
-Do not worry as your problem is not big even problem take some weeks to improve. You just got married and many time problem solve with experience also.
-Stop masturbation completely as you are married now, to reverse conditioning. As you will stop masturbation then excessive semen will accumulate and it will ejaculate after sex.
-Start daily jogging in morning for 30 minutes.
-Do sex daily minimum for 10 minutes
