Brief Answer:
Looks like cervical adenopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi....by what you quote it looks like cervical adenopathy. I have a few questions for you -
1. Is there any high grade fever?
2. Was there any cough and cold and sore throat?
3. What is the diameter of the small nodules you are feeling?
4. Is any body who's in contact of the kid has TB or using anti TB medicines?
5. Is there any recent weight loss for the kid?
6. How is the appetite?

Please get back with answers and I will be glad to guide you further.

Brief Answer:
THIS IS NOT SERIOUS - NOT AN EMERGENCY

Detailed Answer:
Hi...this is not serious. It is not an emergency. But for whatever it is worth I suggest you show to your pediatrician.

These nodes are body's responses to the trivial upper respirator infections. Nothing to worry about it. This is not TB from the history of what you say.
