Question: Hi doctor. I have a severe history of chronic cluster headaches use to be when i got tired or end of hard days work from carbon monoxide poisoning, & 40 years of train & car painting, worked 15-20 hour days with out proper safety protection. 2002, my neurolist(now decieced) was so concerned about my high risk of a ruptured cerebral aneurism he notified the state labor & industry & the got OSHA involved. These attacks sometimes lasted up to 8 hours, 2-3 a day, up to 3-4 months, twice a year.(seasonally) 2002 was ordered to stop painting. Clusters also almost stopped completely! ALSO am assystomatic, & up to 2007 was an avid weight lifter in between my busy work scedual. 2009 got another small bout.(only painted fr about half a year, maybe only 1 car a week) but did my oxygen, verapamil, & predizone therapy. Also had 1 nerve block. Didnt work, so went to another doctor, who gave me 2 more nerve blocks, & put me on verapamil twice a day, & a double dose of predizone, cas sancert is not avail. in USA anymore. I was lucky, & went my 15 days of no headaches n broke the cycle.(had no idea i had XXXXXXX strokes in past, nor did doctors when i had a major heart attack in 2007cas i was so fit. they sent me home & ws told it ws musle withdrawals!) Turn out my left arm was almost spasing out with muscle tightness, that spread to my finger tips(CPSP, my guess?) Immediately layed down & severe pain like from a cluster headache went to center of my chest. I learn to tolerate pain very well from all the previous years of the clusters! SO, I KNEW I WS HAVING A REALLY BAD HEART ATTACK! 2 months later, after doing a symple stress test, the heart doctor goes u did very well! Weird thing ws i couldnt figure out how to get home, & it ws just 12 miles on a straight road? I then get fone call from my PC, & he told me to sit down. I FLUNCKED THE STRESS TEST! Told him, 'NO!' Heart doctor said i did perfect! Took them a few weeks to read the results, & he told me to expect a fone call very soon.(he thought they were goin to operate that day, BUT, They had to put me on plavix, 1st for like few weeks, then thay did a XXXXXXX & found a 99% occlusion, & stent me. I never recovered? Like almost a year, so i made appointment with my back doctor cas we were very close & he knew about my bone islands from a pet scan years before.(just read it yesterday, & it said foreighn orbits? & my bone islands. SO, he talk to my PC, & they decide to put me on fentinol, hoping it would help with pain, & me getting better from my heart attack. I COULD NOT TOLERATE THE PATCH! I was not opiate tolerant, so they order me smallest dose. Eventually i got mostly better, sorta?

Had a really bad divorce in 2010, & judge ordered me crazy! My ex ws the 1 that ws ordered counciling not me! Happen to be a corrupt judge & DCF. Get letter from my PC, that he is 'moving on' Did not realize he help the court, etc. SO, I moved to another town, took some time to find health care? 2011, i get severe swelling. Started out with mild paralis on my right side, wen my baby woke up fr her ba-ba, that ws next to me in small cooler. Boy the pain ws so bad even on my pain medicine, but not bein a cry baby, i give her , her ba-ba. WAIT! IM SORRY, THAT HAPPEN IN 2009!! So, go to my PC, & tell him, cas my right side ws semi paralized. He sent me to ortho doct. They inject my shoulder with predizone, & it fixed everything, but my wrist had big lump! Told them it ws a blood clot. Later it travel down to my left ankle, & swelling took place. MY now new PC, took me off the opiates! Didnt feel to good, & told him, i think i made a mistake, but he didnt care? Luckily i had a second sleep study in a week, & i allow them to tape me. I lasted 1 hour, & woke up with severe pain from my toes to everywhere! All over. Knew this ws goin to happen cas it had been goin on for over a week! I ended up with 0 REM, & the examener thought it was funny? So, i thought he probably new at this? FINALLY 6AM. came, & he told me i could go home. A pediatric nurse saw me in elevator n ask me if i ws alright, n i told her yes. Then i got courage up, & told her, 'NO!' PLEASE HELP ME!! SHE immediately admitted me to the ER! I was very fortunate to have an Indian doctor, who was very concerned, & asked me why my PC, NOT SEND ME TO ALL OF THE PAIN SPECIALIST ON HIS CHART, & ALSO HOW MANY TIMES HAD THIS HAPPEN? I told him like 8-9 times, & i thought it ws just the progress of dieing. HE WAS REALLY UPSET WITH THIS PC! HE immediately put me on a heart machine, & injected me with a med. called dilada, & i eventually fell asleep. This doctor i feel saved my life! OK NOW, 2011 my swelling got really super bad in both ankles & had been goin on for over a year! This PC refuse to go over my results., I GET THESE SEVERE CLUSTERS AGAIN, only i was fortunate enough to run them off with screaming, & shirt over right side of my face, but, THIS time it ws different cas wen i vomit, the swelling would go away! This happen maybe 9-10 times. Even the police stop over, cas i was scaring the neighbors even though it was 2AM in morning. I knew i was dieing, cas they were different cas of the vomitting reduce the swelling. NOTE, In past i never had swelling. It turned out to be a cerebral artery occlusion with cerebral infaraction, BUT!, it took over 1.5 years for another doctor to tell me, cas i told him i wanted a nursing home! He got scared sorta, & handed me the MRI, & also on it , it said just what i told his nurse 1.4 months before. IT WAS DEMYLINATING DISEASE, with but r not limited to microvascular ishemic changes! Pedicle correlation is needed. Also it said please correlate clinically. All of this was hidden from me, plus i end up with cateracts, glacoma, & occular scerosis. This is the sad part. I am pretty sure i am goin to die, cas i have been pretty sick since, & it was covered up, cas i called my other neurologist to tell him thank you, & goodbye.(remember, they try to tell me i ws crazt 3 years prior during the shady divorce) ,SO, I did not tell anyone i ws bring my brother up from CA. to help me. NOT 1 PERSON KNEW, INCLUDING THE STATE DEPT. of AGING!(KNEW I COULDNT MAKE IT TO HOSPITAL ALONE, 100 MILES AWAY! My brother gets here, & even he witnes it maybe 5-6 times. I wake him up, cas it woke me up, but this time even different. There was blood coming out of my eye, & right nostrol. not red, red, blood but it was clearish blood. Next day, same thing, so i told him we will leave early.(PLEASE NOTE) No one would help me in my state, so had to go out of state, & lucky i find a doctor thru, "HERE TO HELP" program, & put on suboxine.(thought i found cure for cluster headaches!) ANYWAY, GET THERE EARLY, & ANOTHER ATTACK WS STARTIN UP! Told him drop me off here! IT WS THE ER! There THEY GIVING ME A CAT SCAN with out XXXXXXX After 3rd cat scan i am screaming in pain n askin what r u doing? All i want is oxygen! They, go , how do u like us now?!! I go what r u doin to me? Can u please give me oxygen! I have an appointment with DR.XXX. in a few hours. Not 1 of them knew protocal?! Then they XXXXXXX me, & i passed out, or went into a coma? Woke up, & i was in mental ward! My broth. was there wait. for me. I see these 2 qaucks, n ask where is my neurologist? They go screw him. You r dealin with us, NOW! My BP, drop to 69/66 ish. They go dont worry we will get that lower for u. That is wen i spoke up, & my daughter, who was an lna. They put me on ABILIFY, & watch me turn into a spastic! Luckily, i was on oxygen 24-7, & predizone taper, 7 suboxone. After 1 week of this ABILIFY, told them we r leaving! I went to see neurology, & abilify was slowly killing me.(any doctor knows the first thig a doctor does is take someone off of neuroleptics if they have history of heart disease, & strokes. Neuroleptics causes demylination! We leave, & a diff. doct. checks us out, & she slips in a pamphlet on a PHQ-9 depression test for stroke victoms, & a modified report. the dates & encountered dates did not match up, plus it said DNR! Later said recindered. Also a plain cat scan will not show an anurism. As far as i am concerned they almost got away with murder. Wont give me my paperwork. That is nothing! Like 1 month later i finally get an MRI, from local hosp, but like i said above they were hiding it from me! I go to 1 of top leadin hospitals, for my swelling, & my newly dimentia for a second opinion. What i didnt know was my new PC, had talked to them, & forgot to mention my stroke, so they put me on these neuroleptics, & shot me up with 3 shots of haldol, & 2 more shots of a SE-QU, new drug, & realized they OD me on this stuf wen i went into spastic mode, & colaps to floor. They immediately got me in an ambulance, & ship mr to another hosp. 300 miles away in another mental ward!(note i never had a history of mental disorder!) On airplane home my ears poped, & all fluid in my head went to my lungs, & i hacked up fluid for 3 days! Went to another hosp. out of state with this mri, & they did sme thing! Now starting to fall asleep online if i spend more than a few hours, & my eyes roll back in my scull. Seem to be gettin worse n worse, & i stop driving also. I forgot 1st hosp. i got triple vision also, plus color changes on computor. I use to be a type A personality, & now i am afraid to leave house! Just tryin to finish my query, & i am fallin asleep tryin to! MRI with no contrast, minimalnonspecific increased FLLAIR signal intensity in the white matter, right greater than left just posterior to the occipital horns. Tiny nonspecific focus of increased FLAIR signal intensity in the left frontal corona radiata. question of small focus of increased FLAIR signal intensity at root entry zone of left trieminal nerve. rETENTION CYST OR POLYP ALONG RIGHT MAXILLARY SINUS. sLIGHT MUCOSAL PROMINENCE IN BILATERAL ETHMOID AIR CELLS. impression:NONSPECIFIC INCREASED FLAIR Signal intensity in the occiptal white matter. Nonspecific focus of increased FLAIR signal intensity in left frontal corona radiata. Previous described area of increased signal intensity in right pons &lleft cerebrium are not appreciated on this followup study. the above findings would include, but are not limited to microvascular ischememic changes, & demylinating disease. Pedicle correlation is needed.WHY WAS THE DOCTOR HIDING THIS FROM ME? I WASTED CLOSE to 3 years of my life, & loss of my baby over a stupid divorce, when i ws taking care of her 24-7, & paying all the bills. I tried to tell judge this was physitrics! At time i did not realize i had multible strokes. IS IT POSSIBLE GIVING ME NEUROLEPTICS THAT THIS CAUSED MY EYE DISEASE, THAT IS GETTING WORSE? MY SHORT TERM VASCULAR DISEASE I NEVER HAD, NOR THE EYE DISEASE. NOW THAT I HAVE MY MRI, & DISC, I WANT TO GO TO A NUMBER 1 HOSP. IS IT POSSIBLE I MIGHT GET BETTER, OR WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN? 1 hospital told me even if i have 99% occlusion there might be possibiloity of me being fixed? dont know if that means brain surgery or what? I do know i have to tell them i am asystomatic, & something about a registry? Please help me, & give me the truth. I have had a bad 3 years, but a good life. Dont know why this was hidden from me. All i can imagin is the divorce cas r state does not have equal rights, & my local doctor tryin to say i am dislusional! Tried to say it was somatic fears, but i was right. Now all i care about is the truth, & getting better. Will await ur answer, & then will have my daughter call this other hosp. up as soon as i get ur opinion. DOES NEUROLEPTICS CAUSE DEMYLINATION DISEASE? Went to hospital for an anuerism & they gave me ABILIFY, & i went into a spastic mode. I had an appointment to see my neurolist. I got there early & another attack came on so i went to the ER, & THEY GAVE ME 3 CAT SCANS WITH no DIE! ASK THEM WHAT R U DOING TO ME, & THEY LAUGH AT ME, & SAID "HOOOW DO U LIKE US NOW!" All i want is oxygen! I have appointment to see DR. WXXX. in a few hows. They then did not know protocal for oxygen, & they procedded to XXXXXXX me, & i passed out from pain, or went in coma! THEY TRANSFER ME TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL 300 MILES AWAY! My pc insist i am dislutional, because he is paranoid cas he made big mistake. I DO NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS! I did have to go once amonth for my ritalin. I hav ADDH. Finally mess up, after doin this 4 times with me n i got the MRI, & I TOLD U WHAT IT SAID. Ihave severe demylination disease uncurable. AGAIN, CAN I CATCH DEMYLINATION DISEASE FROM NEUROLEPTICS? I WAS TOLD I ALREADY GOT OCCULAR SCEROSIS! I think i have glomerulonphritis disease also cas if i let up off pain med i have severe swelling, n pains in my right waiste, & kidney area. I am also have cateracts, & glacoma, & blephrytis! Ithink it is neuritis. ALSO HAD SWELLING, BUT I HAVE IT EVERYWHERE! AFTER I CUAUGHT EAR INFECTION, & IT WAS ALMOST AS PAINFULL ASS CLUSTERS, BUT IT WAS SO BAD, FELT LIKE LARVA IN MY EARS. I COULD NOT GET RID OF IT EVEN WITH PAIN MED! FLIES WERE HOVERING OVER ME! I TOLD NURSE N SHE GOES U R DELIERIOS! I GO NO!, & I LOOK AT MY OXYGEN, & USE IT FOR 3 DAYS TILL I COULD MOVE. I EVEN TOOK PICTURES. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I HAD ACOUSTIC NEUROMY? I ALSO THINK I HAD NEUROMY EVERYWHERE! EVEN MY EYES. THEY R CALLIN IT BLEPHITIS, BUT I THINK IT IS NEURRITIS! This all started almost 3 years ago after i woke up with semi right side paralis! I also catch eppiglititis really bad in 2009, & was put in ICU. HOW COME THEY WONT GIVE ME ANTI-PLATELETS? COULD MY BRAIN STILL BE BLEEDING? I ALSO USE OXYGEN DAILY 5 UNITS, & IT HELPS WITH THE SWELLING. USE IT LIKE HBOT IN CASE BRAIN IS STILL BLEADING? WHY ELSE WOULD THEY REFUSE ANTI-PLATELETS? I CANT DRIVE ANYMORE! EYESITE SWITCHES SIDES! THIIIS IS NEW. HOW COME I HAVE TO SWITCH EYES AROUND, & CAN ONLY SPEND LIKE 1-2 HOURS ON COMPUTOR OR MY EYES ROLL BACK IN MY SCULL. DO I NEED TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET MY DEMYLINATION FIXED FIRST? I HAVE SEVERE SWELLING GOIN ON.
