Question: Hi ,I was recently sick having some vertigo, extreme nausea and lightheadness with pain in my stomack.I checked everything all good but after I started experiencing anxiety and small panic attacks while sleeping. My brain is not functioning well as I have perception problems, can not concentrate. Light boder me can not process thought.desorginese thinking what is wrong with me

Nausea, vertigo, light headache, panic attacks, difficulty in concentration, perceptual disturbance etc are either due to depression or anxiety disorder. In that case, you should consult a psychiatrist for proper mental evaluation. You need antidepressant like paroxetine and low dose benzodiazepine that would help to come out of current problem. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would help you stay calm.
