Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

There are numerous causes of nausea and vomiting. These symptoms may be due to the following:
Acute gastritis (direct irritation of the stomach lining)
Central causes in which signals from the brain cause nausea and vomiting
Other illnesses not due to stomach problems
Medications and medical treatments
Mechanical obstruction of the bowel.

I would like to know the answers to the following questions before I proceed

do you have abdominal pain, headache and /or seizures, constipation ?
what medications are you currently using ?
do you have a history of any allergies ?
Does the vomitus contain any blood ?

wishing you best of health

Thanks

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

Most skin bumps, spots, growths, and moles are harmless. Colored skin spots, also called pigmented lesions (such as freckles, moles, or flesh-colored skin spots), or growths (such as warts or skin tags) can present as the little black spots that you are complaining about.
Acne may be mild, with just a few blackheads (comedones), or severe, with large and painful pimples deep under the skin (cystic lesions). It may be present on the chest and back as well as on the face and neck.
Actinic keratosis and actinic lentigines are types of colored skin spots that are caused by too much sun exposure. Although these spots are not skin cancers, they may mean that you have an increased chance of getting skin cancer, such as squamous cell skin cancer or a type of melanoma.

You may have an allergic reaction to a medicine that causes a skin change, or you may develop a skin reaction when you are out in the sun while you are taking a medicine (this is called photosensitivity). Rashes, hives, and itching may develop, and in some cases may spread to areas of your skin that were not exposed to the sun (photo allergy).

I would advise levocetirizine , a hypo allergenic soap and a femme care face wash empirically in consultation with your doctor for your black spots. though I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an extensive physical exam to determine the nature of the spots.

The symptoms of vomiting are worrisome and require proper work up.
I would empirically recommend a two week course of a
course of A PPI like Esomeprazole and a prokinetic
like metoclopramide to see for improvement, if
symptoms persist then an Endoscopy to see for a mass in stomach or an esophageal pathology should be excluded.
•Laboratory findings suggestive of a metabolic disorder, such as hypoglycemia, substantial anion gap metabolic acidosis, respiratory alkalosis, or hyper ammonemia

A CT scan of the brain may be performed to exclude any space occupying lesion leading to increased intra cranial pressure and vomitting

A psychological evaluation may reveal ongoing panic, anxiety, and eating disorders, and stress management may attenuate the stress triggers

In the evaluation of the patient for possible GI disease, screening blood work should include a complete blood count (CBC) with differential, assessment of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and measurement of levels of hepatic transaminases, pancreatic amylase, and lipase. Non anatomic renal disease can be detected by means of serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine tests, urinalysis, and urine calcium-to-creatinine ratio

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

Thanks
