Question: My 81 year old mother was hit by a speeding car on the drivers side door a year ago. She has been constantly nauseas and it is keeping her from living a normal life. She has mild headaches and is always always always nauseas. It is dabilatating and she is at her wits end she feels so bad. Doctors have not been able to help and gastro tests show nothing in her stomach. She never vomits and I think the neusea is a dull pain.

Brief Answer:
Multiple approaches...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry to hear that your mom has gone through such sad experience.

Now, from what you are describing, feeling nausea might be related to:
- hit she got depending on the location: if she was hit on her head, then, should run ct-scan of head to look for internal damages (bleeding, hematoma, etc.)

- bowel problems: if she is also having problems with her bowel movements, I suggest to examine her feces for ova/parasites, run abdominal ultrasound or any other test depending on clinical findings.

- if everything is ok, then, her nausea is neurological, and might need psychological approach. However, first, should exclude organic problems (locally, intestinal or intracranial).

- Medications she might be taking

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- avoid foods/drinks that might provoke nausea
- drink plenty of water
- take her out, walking and breathing fresh air
- keep a good hygiene especially when preparing foods

Hope it was of help! Let me know if I can assist her further!
