Brief Answer:
It can be cramp in muscle

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
I have read your medical history and you said that you have pain on lying down but it improves on standing. There can be two conditions which can cause such pain.
1. It can be a muscle cramp. When you are lying , back muscle tends to contract and goes in to cramp, but as soon as you stand cramp get relieved due to stretching.
If you feel that nature of pain is like muscle cramping , I would recommend you to take one table spoon salt in one glass of water. As most common cause of such pain is loss of salt in body. Apart from this you can take carnisure tablet after consulting with your doctor.
2. Other cause of such pain is nerve pinch or vitamin B 12 deficiency- if you feel that pain is more like electric current or associated with tingling and numbness then nerve pinching can be the cause.
This type of pain requires vit b 12 and pregabalin. If pain is not bearable you can show to a neurologist and get your MRI of the spine.
I hope this answer will help you. Let me know if I missed something.
Thanks and take care.
