Brief Answer:
Can be related to microelements depletion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Muscle cramps can be related to insufficient blood supply, dehydration, muscle overuse, microelements depletion.

In some cases muscle cramps accompany
other diseases such Diabetes, nerve compression and thyroid gland disfunction.

So that episode with worsening of cramps may be related to dehydration, fatigue or bad position.

Rest, massage and warm procedures on muscle help improve these acute situations. You can use miorelaxant drugs (Diasepam 5mg eg.) in these situations.

For continued muscle cramps you need to discuss with your primary care Doctor about above mentioned possibilities of your concerns and tests needed to find out the cause.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
