Brief Answer:
Arteriosclerosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

If the pain significantly aggravates when start walking, you have a symptoms of arteries narrowing in your legs. This is usually caused by arteriosclerosis (cholesterol deposits in the arteries wall what makes them narrow). You should have cold feet with this issue.
I suggest you to consult vascular surgeon. Dopplers ultrasound of leg arteries should be done.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
