Brief Answer:
Please approach the ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like the trauma has affected the ear drum of your son. Here is what you should do

1. Most often such trivial injury recovers on its own without any treatment
2. Watch out for bleeding or discharge from the ear
3. I recommend that you approach the ER if the symptoms does not improve in another 30 min
4. Let him lie down in supine position. Do not give him anything to eat or drink for the next 30 min, if there is no recovery please approach the ER

Regards
