Question: feels like somethings moving in my stomach but I think its my heartbeat . never felt my heartbeat in my stomach before . do I need a doctor?

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

In the abdomen there is a large artery (aorta) which pulse can be palpated in thin person. So if you are thin person, this is most probable reason of this heartbeat presence.
However if there was no heartbeat before, and you have abdominal pain with this issue, aneurysm of aorta can give such symptoms. And if so, you should consul a doctor and have an ultrasound done (or CT ) to see your aorta condition.
