Brief Answer:
Please provide a photo.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

It would surely help having a good photo so I can have a look at those moles.
Also, for how long have you noticed the changes?

I will be happy to advice after, depending on the look of the moles, because there are some criteria which would determine a possible melanoma.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Dr. Papaqako

The main mole was smaller last year about August, just a small spot .And the black spot nearby showed up recently. If they are melanoma ,what's the treatment? Just remove the skin or the whole penis needs amputation? If they are not melanoma would you suggest remove them? What's the surgery ? Thankyou

Brief Answer:
Given Melanoma characteristics

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up question.

I saw your photos carefully.
The moles do not look worrisome to me.
A melanoma would be raised above the skin, irregular shape, irregular color and bigger than 0.5 cm.

Anyway the best test to tell that for sure is a biopsy. And before that can be done a dermatoscopy (looks to the skin with a microscope).

In general the the treatment would be to remove the melanoma with a 2mm skin around. The lump nodes may be removed as well. Radio and chemotherapy can be used (depends on the type of Melanoma). Penis amputation is not a used option unless there is clear disfunction.

Hope this helps to reassure you a bit.

Than you for your reply
So do you recommend me to go for a "biopsy". Does that mean to remove the mole and what's the extend to remove since I have three moles near by . After that how long shouldn't I swim since I am in the swim team . Than you

Brief Answer:
If you remove it, may need 1-2 weeks to heal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I recommend to go to a dermatologist so they can see it with the dermatoscopy, which will determine if you need a biopsy.

Or you can keep this photo and make another one in the same distance after one month, so you can compare both photos. If there is any difference (you can follow up with me if you want) then for sure you will need a biopsy.

Biopsy means that you will remove the skin around the nevus and it will need around 2-3 weeks to heal. You wouldn't be able to go to swim for one week or so.

Hope this is clearer and makes sense.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Dr. Papaqako
