Brief Answer:
Can be threatened abortion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild bleeding after a positive pregnancy test could be due to a threatened abortion or an implantation bleeding. You need absolute bed rest till the bleeding stops completely. Do consult your gynecologist for an ultrasound scan and get progesterone supplements prescribed to avoid a threatened abortion.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Do not wait till Thursday.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Threatened abortion can be caused by low levels of progesterone or stress. Undue exercise can also cause such bleeding. Waiting till Thursday is not recommended. It is better to visit an ER.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Just letting you know that i went to the doxtor on tuesday. He checked me and confirmed pregnancy of 6 week but he wrote me a referal for a vaginal ultrasound to check on the bleeding/spotting. Its scheduled for saturday. The bleeding has become lighter. Really faded. My breast don't hurt as much as they use too and i have stop cramping. I feel slightly lighter. Should i be worried. Im tryinh not to stress too much.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
If the spotting has reduced now then you need not worry. Taking lesser stress will be helpful. It is likely to be normal pregnancy.

Went in for an abdominal ultra sound and a transvaginal ultrasound. Saw the sac and the embryo. Everything is in place where it should be. Still spotting extremly light. Hope it goes away soon. I've had a miscarriage in 2011. Thats why im worried. But they told me so far everything is fine .

Brief Answer:
No need to worry. Take rest.

Detailed Answer:
If the fetal cardiac activity is normal and there is no subchorionic hemorrhage then there is no need to worry. The pinkish discharge will gradually fade away. Do take absolute rest till the spotting stops completely.
