Brief Answer:
Please get examined immediately at Emergency Department

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.

If you feel giddy and suspect that you may have lost consciousness, it is best to get immediate Newhall attention at the closest Emergency Medicine department. It is best to be examined to a trained doctor to rule out any brain bleed for sure.

Do not delay. Avoid driving there if you don't feel confident about your senses.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
