What Causes Migraine And Nausea After A Head Injury?
Question: Hit head yesterday , did not loss conconsiois just head pain , little dizzy went to ER after one hour and CT scan done and normal. All day today i was fine till now its 815 pm and my head hurts a little a mild headache or getting a little more into a migraine , and now nausea .. I am so scared that something can be missed. Am I Ok ? What should i do ? I am getting nervous , can it hurt the following day at night normal

Normal CT scan of the brain also rules out any severe brain injury.
Headache may occur for 3-4 days after a mild head injury, as in your case. If it is bothersome, you may take diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets.
