What Causes Meningitis Following A Lumbar Puncture?
Question: I had a Lumber Puncture last Friday. I haven't felt to well. I did have a beer the next day to help the pain. Now almost a week later Today on Thursday I have like I want to pass out after being in my feet for more than two hours. I have had one beer everyday after the LP. Do you think this caused the hole in my back not to close? The head ache now is intense. Weird taste and my neck hurts.

You have immediately consult your doctor or visit ER
The doctor will check for Signs such as Kerning's Sign. If they are present, you have to be treated for Meningitis
The Beer is not related to that. So there is no need to Worry about the Beer
