Question: I have a non tender lump on my sternum and another at the base of my neck?

Such lumps at this location are always suspicious. Most likely you have enlarged lymph nodes in this locations. Such lymph nodes can appear due to an inflammation or some tumor in the body.
As you are female, breast cancer should be ruled out at first. I suggest you to do not wait with it. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible. Ultrasound of lumps areas and breasts ultrasound should be done. Biopsy might be necessary.
