Brief Answer:
possible umbilical hernia

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
This is possible umbilical hernia and you should visit a surgeon for further evaluation. It may also be lipoma, fibroma or some other subcutaneous lesion. In every case this lump must be evaluated, and at least ultrasound should be done to see what type of lump it is. Wish you good health. Regards
