Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. As the pain is with you for a short time (3 days), appendicitis needs to be ruled out at first. Leg radiating, especially when walking, slight fever, nausea, accelerated heart rate are other appendicitis symptoms. Other possibility which should be ruled out as well is colon cancer. I do not assume you have it, I just want you to make sure you dont have it. Its because the risk of this cancer significantly rises over the age of 50. This is more possible if you have also diarrhea or constipation, blood in stool, weakness, low hemoglobin level. Other issues which should be also considered are urinary tract infection, inguinal hernia. As appendicitis seems possible, please do not wait any longer with it. Visit your doctor as soon as possible. Blood work, CRP, abdominal ultrasound, urine analysis should be done at first. Colonoscopy is also necessary if appendicitis will be ruled out. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.
